Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's our return and exchange policy:

• Return/Exchange Window: 14 days from delivery date
• Eligible Items: Only selected items are eligible for return or exchange (items will be marked as "returnable" on product pages)
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
• Exchanges: We're happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or colour subject to availability
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
• Non-Returnable Items: Items not marked as eligible for return, sale or clearance items, and items without original tags
